Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Science Strategist to drive data-driven decision-making across our digital platform. As a leader in quantitative insights, you will tackle complex problems to gain valuable customer behavior insights and promote product adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Create models that influence product strategy and priorities using your skills in quantitative analysis, data mining, and machine learning.

  • Build machine learning pipelines that enhance data-based decision-making.

  • Collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure impactful, data-informed decisions.

  • Develop and lead machine learning-powered features on our Digital Customer Platform.

Qualifications:

  • MS/PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).

  • 5+ years of experience designing and deploying ML solutions.

  • Proficiency in Large Language Models (e.g., RAG, Generative AI) and NLP.

  • Strong skills in SQL/NoSQL, big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), and programming (Python preferred).

  • Experience with data science tools (Pandas, Jupyter, TensorFlow) and machine learning techniques.

  • Cloud computing experience (AWS) and familiarity with MLOps.
