About the Role
This leadership position requires a highly skilled and experienced payroll professional who can lead and mentor our payroll team. You will work closely with human resources and finance leadership to enhance payroll processes and ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Lead and mentor payroll team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Collaborate with human resources and finance leadership to assess and implement process improvements.
  • Mentor payroll team on complex payroll issues and professional development opportunities.
  • Support the implementation of HRIS/Payroll technology.
  • Oversee payroll operations for a complex organization with five collective agreements and almost two thousand team members.
