We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team at Sam-Jeong Employment Services Ltd.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in early childhood education. The successful candidate will have a strong background in child development, with a focus on promoting physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth in children.

As an Early Childhood Education Professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs of children. You will work closely with a team of educators to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that fosters learning and exploration.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. A strong emphasis will be placed on teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Design and implement child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development in children
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work with early childhood educators to carry out programs that support child development
  • Engagement and Activities: Lead activities that stimulate children's curiosity and creativity, such as storytelling, singing, and crafts
  • Childcare and Support: Guide children in developing essential life skills, including eating, dressing, and toilet habits
  • Observation and Reporting: Monitor children's progress and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers, community service providers, and families
Certifications and Security

We require all applicants to hold an Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate and undergo a Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry check prior to employment.

Work Environment and Conditions

This role involves working in a fast-paced childcare setting with regular interactions with children, parents, and staff. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, and manual dexterity. Repetitive tasks and attention to detail are also required.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
