We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at ST-ONGE FORD INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracing and locating debtors, notifying them of overdue accounts and payments, and storing, updating, and retrieving financial data.
Key Responsibilities- Trace and locate debtors to recover outstanding debts
- Notify debtors of overdue accounts and payments, and provide information on payment options
- Store, update, and retrieve financial data to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Answer clients' inquiries and provide information on debt recovery processes
- Work with online accounts and systems to manage debt recovery activities
- Maintain work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Perform general office duties as required
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and attention to detail
This is a permanent position with a work term of 20 to 32 hours per week. The work language is French.
