Key Role: CNC Project Specialist

Are you an experienced CNC Programmer looking to leverage your expertise in a key role supporting others? Do you enjoy solving complex problems, working on a variety of projects, and dealing with people? In-House Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Project Specialist to join our Pro Services Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct onsite and remote discovery/requirements gathering sessions to understand customer needs.
  • Manage the overall planning, execution, and successful completion of complex technical projects from start to finish.
  • Program complex CNC machining operations using Mastercam software.
  • Conduct a smooth project hand off to the customer by providing training, direct support, and leading close-out meetings with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Expert level proficiency in Mastercam software.
  • Experience in programming and operating a variety of CNC machines (e.g. mill, lathe, wire machines, router, etc.) and controls.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate with a variety of technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage projects.
  • Demonstrated CAD (e.g. SolidWorks, Autodesk, etc.) and MS Office Suite experience (Excel, Word).
  • A valid G license and access to own reliable vehicle, with availability to travel 70%+ of the time within Southwestern/Central Ontario.
