We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality doors, seeking an experienced Logistics Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehousing and inventory management department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Job Summary

The Logistics Associate is a vital role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. If you have experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are proficient in operating basic material handling equipment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading products from trucks and other vehicles, using manual and mechanical equipment as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and shipping/receiving activities.
  • Picking orders and stocking shelves efficiently to meet customer demand.
  • Weighing materials and goods accurately and making labels as required.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by answering queries, resolving issues, and offering assistance with product-related concerns.
  • Packing and unpacking goods safely and securely to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and protocols when handling hazardous products.
Requirements
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • At least 1 month but less than 6 months of work experience in a related field.
  • Excellent physical stamina, as the role involves regular lifting, bending, and standing.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and maneuver heavy loads.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software.
Working Conditions

This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The typical working hours are 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as required.
