Job Title: Early Childhood Educator Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team at Tiny Hoppers Early Learning Queensborough. As an Early Childhood Educator Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our childcare centre and contributing to the development of our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist early childhood educators in planning and implementing programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Lead activities that foster creativity, imagination, and learning through storytelling, songs, and interactive play.
  • Support the maintenance of accurate records and reports for parents, guardians, and supervisors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Knowledge of licensing regulations and child development principles.
  • First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Criminal record check and medical exam.
