Ware Malcomb is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Architectural Leader to join our senior leadership team in our office. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading our architecture group and driving business growth, revenue, and profitability in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the financial performance, business development, operations, and team member management of the Architecture group.
- Ensure all proposals and contracts are in place, and review and sign off on all project budget reports before contract execution.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance design, meet financial targets, and expand our practice.
- Lead and foster a positive team environment, ensuring the positive culture, morale, and general wellbeing of the team.
- Review monthly project revenue projections and provide necessary weekly updates.
- Prepare a monthly business report and participate in monthly meetings.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to increase market share and win work.
- Attend business development and networking functions, and set up regular networking meetings with client and industry contacts.
- Utilize our CRM system to track all business development activity.
- Manage project liability issues, and stay connected to the team with regular scheduled meetings and communication.
- Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to recruit new team members.
- 10+ years' of experience within the field of Architecture.
- Experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience developing and maintaining client relationships, and managing diverse projects.
- Ability to lead and foster a positive team environment, and a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
