Job Overview:

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional service and support in our kitchen and café area. As a Barista/Kitchen Helper, you will be responsible for taking customer orders, brewing coffee, and assisting with food preparation and baking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking customer orders and operating the POS system
  • Brewing coffee and making specialty drinks
  • Assisting with food preparation and baking pre-prepared items
  • Boxing up food orders from the pastry cabinet
  • Assisting with washing dishes and general cleaning
  • Running food orders to dine-in guests and clearing tables
  • Opening and closing duties

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience, ideally in a hospitality setting
  • Basic food preparation and food handling skills
  • Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain positive customer service
  • Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Ability to work and communicate well with a team
