Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Asset Protection Representative to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As an Asset Protection Representative, you will play a critical role in deterring, detecting, and apprehending theft and fraud within our retail locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other team members to investigate cases and work closely with local law enforcement to ensure a safe and secure environment for our customers and employees.
  • Conduct internal investigations to identify opportunities to reduce loss and maintain store partnerships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent theft and fraud, and provide training to store employees on asset protection procedures.
  • Work closely with our security team to ensure that all security protocols are followed and that our stores are secure.
Requirements
  • A valid Provincial Security Guard License.
  • A basic understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • A professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
