About the Role: Tsubaki of Canada Ltd. is seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team in Maple Ridge, BC.
Salary and Benefits: This is a competitive hourly wage position with opportunities for overtime pay, health and dental benefits after a probationary period, yearly boot allowance, RRSP match, and profit sharing program.
Job Summary: As a Machinist at Tsubaki of Canada Ltd., you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathes and mills, as well as inspecting parts to confirm quality. You will also be required to operate manual machines such as lathes, mills, saws, drills, and other support equipment. Forklift use and crane certification are necessary.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- CNC Operation: Program, set up, and operate CNC lathe and mill.
- Manual Machine Operation: Set up and operate manual lathe, mill, saw, drill, and other support equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect parts to confirm quality.
- Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift.
- Crane Certification: Complete a crane certification course.
- Communication: Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
