Job Title: RMT (Registered Massage Therapist)

At Spasation Salon & Spa, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our spa team, you will provide exceptional massage therapy services to our clients, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and improving overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer various massage techniques, including soft tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations.
  • Assess clients through range of motion and muscle tests, and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, explaining procedures, risks, and benefits, and providing home care instructions.
  • Work collaboratively with other spa professionals to ensure seamless client experiences.
Requirements:
  • Certification by a provincial or territorial association for massage therapists.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism.
