Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends within the anti-fraud landscape.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers specializing in anti-fraud solutions, establishing processes, best practices, and policies for the product management team.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and successfully launch new anti-fraud products and features.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle for anti-fraud solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery within specified timelines and budget constraints.
- Develop effective go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials tailored to our anti-fraud products.
- Monitor the performance of anti-fraud products and conduct regular market and competitive analyses to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to enhance our market presence.
- 10+ years of experience in product management within the B2B space, specifically focusing on Anti-Fraud products and technology.
- Proven track record of driving product strategy, roadmap, and successful launches in complex and dynamic environments within the Anti-Fraud industry.
- Experience managing a diverse portfolio of fraud products in a B2B environment.
- Deep understanding of Anti-fraud technology, and related technologies and trends.
- Experience managing a team of product managers and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the Product domain.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
