Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Vacation Internationale, INC. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement operational procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning duties.
  • Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair services, as well as inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the housekeeping department.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
