The Opportunity

Baptist Housing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Director of Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of care and housing operations, as well as quality initiatives across our assigned portfolio in the Lower Mainland and Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance the quality of care and services provided to our residents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and high-quality resident care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, families, and community partners.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our organization remains at the forefront of senior living care.
