Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Bethesda Regional Health Centre. As a member of our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, you will play a key role in providing client-centred care to children and adults with various physical disabilities.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for clients
* Providing direct intervention, consultation, and education to clients, families, and caregivers
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
* A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (BMR-PT) or equivalent entry-level requirement
* Active registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba (CPM)
* Eligibility for membership with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Outlook, and email
* Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Respect for cultural diversity and ability to promote culturally sensitive care
* Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) for target and designated bilingual positions
