Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Manager to join our team at Fas Gas City Centre. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of sales workers, ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately tracked and rotated.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Client focus, organized, reliability, and team player.
