$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description:

The Clinical Specialist - Rehabilitation Therapist will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation programs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical needs and developing personalized treatment plans to promote optimal recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical needs and develop effective treatment plans to address their goals and objectives
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and treatments to promote optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO)
  • Experience working in a rehabilitation setting, preferably in an outpatient clinic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and education
