Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Product Support Representative to join our team in the Truck & Trailer division. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound sales calls to customers to promote our products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts pricing, availability, and shipping times.
  • Accurately fulfill customer parts order requests and provide timely updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide parts support and assistance to customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales is an asset.
