About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate veterinary technologist to contribute to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced veterinarians and other support staff to deliver top-notch medical services to pets and their owners. You will be responsible for:

  • Performing a variety of clinical procedures including venipuncture, catheter placement, radiology, in-house lab work, anesthesia/sedation monitoring, patient assessment, and emergency triage.
  • Providing excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for pets and their families.
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and staying organized in a dynamic environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong educational background as a Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT) or eligible to register.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively work with colleagues and pet parents.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
