Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our team in various administrative and research-related tasks. As a Student Inventory Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our directors, managers, and officers in the development and execution of special initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of special initiatives and projects
  • Research, collect, and analyze data related to the objectives and activities of the Agency
  • Presentation of synthesized findings in short reports
  • Assistance in the development and enhancement of systems and the creation of databases and tools

Requirements

  • Full-time secondary or post-secondary student in a recognized institution
  • Currently recognized as having full-time student status by the academic institution in which you are presently enrolled
  • Returning to full-time studies for your next academic term
  • Foreign Credential Validation against Canadian Standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with MS Excel and MS Word
  • Prior administrative experience
