Job Description:
The SVP, Transformation Execution Senior Lead will lead efforts related to Consent Order Metrics Management and analytics, drafting of Article level scoping and closure documents, and assist with ad hoc projects as necessary. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct due diligence on changes proposed and track path to greens for metrics.
- Manage the annual Metrics attestation process working with program teams.
- Lead Metrics working group to drive Central Transformation teams' objectives.
- Work with current Program Management teams to uplift the quality of program reporting, insights, and communication of status, issues, and risk disposition to all stakeholders.
