Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at VIERNES JANITORIAL SERVICES. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and taking pride in their work.

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of apartment and commercial spaces, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors, as well as cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Clean and disinfect elevators
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Provide basic information on facilities
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Clean changing rooms and showers
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
