About the Role

Lament Farms Inc. is seeking a skilled Vineyard Worker to join our team. As a Vineyard Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our vineyards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Clean the crops, cultivate on vertical farming systems, guide growing shoots into optimal development positions, maintain and manage growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes.
  • Plant and Irrigation: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
  • Weeding and Harvesting: Remove manually all suckers and water sprouts, tie and secure plants, and harvest crops.
  • Work Environment: Work outdoors in a dusty and hot environment, with a fast-paced environment and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 to 60 hours per week.
