About the Job:
As a Senior Data Analyst - Wholesale/Retail Credit Risk Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping our organization's data strategy and ensuring the effective implementation of data-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, develop functional specifications, and test deliverables to ensure they meet business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to business leaders.
3. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions.
4. Design and develop data models to support business intelligence initiatives and ensure data consistency across systems.
5. Work with IT teams to develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.
6. Conduct thorough testing to ensure deliverables meet business requirements and are free from defects.
7. Participate in project planning and estimation to ensure accurate resource allocation and project timelines.
8. Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
9. Continuously evaluate and improve data processes and systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
10. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Desired Skill Set:
1. Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science with a focus on Wholesale/Retail Credit Risk.
2. In-depth understanding of data modeling, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
3. Strong SQL programming skills with experience working with large datasets and database management systems.
4. Proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
8. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and high levels of autonomy.
9. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and data storage solutions such as AWS or Azure.
10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
