Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Long-Term Care. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About the Role:
  • Provide safe and respectful nursing care to residents, including medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and completing RAI-MDS assessments.
  • Support residents with complex or unpredictable outcomes, working closely with RNs and other care team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care team members, ensuring that all needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  • Participate in creating a healthy and happy aging environment, promoting resident autonomy and dignity.

Qualifications:
  • Graduated from a recognized program for Practical Nurses.
  • Registered and in good standing with BCCNM.
