Position Overview: Ignite Technical Resources is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Manager to oversee the strategic direction and operational integrity of the Oracle Fusion system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary authority for the Oracle Fusion ERP System, which encompasses 26 modules related to Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, and additional areas.
- Establish and maintain a robust governance framework to manage the system's roadmap, aligning with business priorities, risks, and limitations.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable system specifications.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure system health, troubleshoot recurring issues, and maintain business continuity.
- Coordinate with the AMS support vendor and Oracle to uphold service agreements, address incidents, and prepare for system updates.
- Provide insights on process enhancements based on industry best practices and organizational needs.
- Identify and advocate for continuous improvements in technical processes.
- Recommend strategies to optimize system performance and enhance user experience.
- Manage and prioritize requests for changes and system enhancements.
- Work closely with IT, business specialists, vendors, and team members to facilitate successful system updates.
- Stay abreast of Oracle releases and best practices, disseminating knowledge within the team.
- Support both functional and technical initiatives to realize project objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication between functional and technical teams.
- Ensure that decisions are in alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
- Oversee successful data migration to the Oracle Fusion platform.
- Collaborate with implementation partners and AMS vendors to ensure accurate system configurations.
- Guide the testing process for Oracle Fusion, including the development of validation scripts and evaluation of outcomes.
- Ensure quality assurance for both functional and technical deliverables.
- Proactively identify potential risks and collaborate with the project team to mitigate issues.
- Provide regular progress updates and highlight challenges to the Lead Project Manager and Director, BTO.
- Escalate critical issues as necessary to the Lead Project Manager and Director, BTO.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of the Oracle Fusion SAAS platform.
- Proven leadership experience in managing complex ERP systems and transformations.
- Experience working in an agile environment to enhance Oracle Fusion utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze user data and insights to improve digital services.
- Technical proficiency in Oracle Fusion configuration and support.
- Educational background in technology, product management, or related fields.
- Familiarity with agile project management, cloud technologies, and digital services.
- Strong business analysis capabilities with a focus on prioritizing objectives.
- Proficient in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience in managing changes and releases for ERP systems.
- Knowledge of user experience principles, including content design and data architecture.
