Job Title: Functional Consultant

Vitosha Craft Inc is seeking a skilled Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and document them to ensure that our products, processes, and solutions meet their business needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that are tailored to our clients' specific requirements.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure that our solutions are effective and efficient.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure the integrity of our systems.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide ongoing support to our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
