Analyste ERP - Service à la clientèle

Description du poste

Vous aimez travailler dans les logiciels ERP et en équipe multidisciplinaire? Vous avez une bonne capacité d'analyse, vous êtes rigoureux et parlez bien anglais? Être Analyste ERP - Service à la clientèle chez Gestionproximacentauri, c'est d'analyser des exigences reliées au module ERP service client.

Responsabilités
  • Identifier, définir, analyser et documenter les besoins du module service client.
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les autres analystes pour livrer les projets d'implantation et d'amélioration ERP dans les échéanciers voulus.
  • Jouer un rôle actif de super utilisateur en support opérationnel dans une équipe de projet d'implémentation d'un système ERP sur plusieurs sites.
  • Identifier, analyser et comprendre les besoins de formation et d'amélioration, poser un diagnostic et formuler des recommandations à l'équipe de projet.
  • Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques et fonctionnalités ERP en collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles des sites.
  • Être une personne ressource ERP pour le module du service à la clientèle.
  • Participer aux ateliers de travail dans le but d'optimiser et standardiser les processus ERP avec l'équipe de projet et/ou les consultants et les équipes opérationnelles des sites.
  • Agir en leader positif et être un agent de changement auprès des employés et intervenants au projet.
  • Comprendre les exigences des utilisateurs et assurer la formation.
Compétences requises
  • Détenir un diplôme en administration, en TI ou tout autre domaine pertinent.
  • Connaître les systèmes ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365, un atout).
  • Savoir communiquer efficacement à l'oral et à l'écrit (Anglais-Français), afin de communiquer avec les différents intervenants internes.
  • Avoir une excellente capacité d'analyse et de résolution de problème.
