Job Title: First Officer

Ornge Global Air Inc. operating as Ornge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced First Officer to join our team.

Job Summary:

The First Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft, working closely with the Captain to navigate through challenging weather conditions and complex air traffic control scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and operate aircraft systems, including engines, navigation, and communication equipment.
  • Conduct pre-flight inspections and ensure that all necessary checks are completed before takeoff.
  • Communicate with air traffic control and other crew members to ensure smooth flight operations.
  • Assist the Captain in navigating the aircraft and making decisions during flight.
  • Conduct in-flight tests and monitor the performance of aircraft systems.
  • Prepare and submit flight reports and other documentation as required.
Requirements:
  • Valid commercial pilot's license.
  • Minimum 1-7 months of experience as a First Officer.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
