We're seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our Real Estate Insurance team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market business (Strata's/Condos) by building and fostering strong relationships with Insurers to negotiate competitive terms.
  • Work with new and existing insurers to negotiate rates and deductibles.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing processes for large portfolio renewals.
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, coverage, and market trends.
  • Attend industry functions and seminars as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years industry-related experience.
  • University degree or professional insurance designation (CIP, CAIB, CRM) preferred.
  • Level 2 License.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
