Job Title: Tim Horton's Baker

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Tim Horton's in the Romeo Leblanc International Airport. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.

Responsibilities:
  • Bake and prepare a variety of food items, including pastries, bread, and other sweet and savory treats.
  • Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment.
  • Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, and other tasks as required.
  • Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, mixers, and other kitchen appliances.
  • Safely use a variety of utensils, including knives, to prepare and cook food.
  • Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of baking or culinary experience required.
  • Tim Horton's experience considered an asset.
  • Fluency in French and English considered an asset.
  • Team player; must be able to work alongside other team members, making positive contributions.
