Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cable Television Installation Technician to join our team at HAPPY DHALIWAL LOGISTIC LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining aerial and underground telephone equipment, testing equipment to locate transmission faults, and completing and maintaining test and service reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance
    • Install and maintain aerial and underground telephone equipment
    • Test equipment to locate transmission faults
  • Network Configuration and Troubleshooting
    • Install trunking systems, circuits and equipment
    • Determine nature, cause and location of trouble
  • Customer Service and Support
    • Connect, disconnect and relocate cable outlets
    • Determine work assignments
  • Technical Support and Repair
    • Install cable modems and software to enable Internet access
    • Maintain and repair aerial and underground transmission systems
    • Repair or replace faulty cables, power suppliers and amplifiers
    • Repair or replace defective telephone equipment
