Michaels is seeking a skilled PT Framer to join our team. As a PT Framer, you will be responsible for creating memorable framing solutions for our customers while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build customer relationships and deliver sales and production results
  • Complete framing orders with a high degree of quality and on time
  • Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas
  • Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop and find what they are looking for
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs
  • Support shrink and safety programs
  • Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner
Requirements:
  • Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills
  • Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter
  • Retail experience and experience selling products and/or services to customers
Work Environment:

The PT Framer will work in a public retail store setting, taking care of our customers. The store is climate-controlled, and some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled. The Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
