Job Summary:

This role involves delivering and picking up packages to and from residential and commercial properties, utilizing safe transportation methods to ensure efficient and reliable service. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, leveraging technology to aid in delivery services and ensuring seamless interactions with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and pick up packages to and from designated locations, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Operate tractor trailers in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery services, leveraging technology to optimize routes and reduce delays.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Class 1 driver's license with manual transmission.
  • 2 years of driving experience, with a clean driving record.
  • 1-5 years of experience driving tractor trailers, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including night shifts.
  • Bilingualism in English and French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • No accidents in the past 5 years, with a strong commitment to safe driving practices.
