Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Gap Analysis, Requirements Analysis, scope modeling, business process modeling, data requirements, business rules analysis, functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance testing, and evaluation criteria definition.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing business processes and IT-related tools and software, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, facilitating seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining a strong attention to detail and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM system implementation, supporting organizational growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, enhancing productivity and efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, providing a solid foundation for technical leadership.
  • A master's degree in IT management is advantageous, further enhancing leadership capabilities.
  • At least 10 years of experience in progressively responsible IT leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years in senior management or executive positions, demonstrating a track record of success.


Estimated Salary:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location considerations.
