  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage new hires onboarding procedures and paperwork.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT technical recruitment, with 4-7 years of experience.
  • Ability to work with high-volume requisition flow (15+ at a time).
  • Knowledge of HR Systems and ability to utilize them effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
