Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Parts & Service Coordinator to join our team at Location d'équipement Battlefield. As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our equipment is available and supporting customer requirements. Your excellent customer relations skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an ideal candidate for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer relations through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Offer administrative, warranty, and invoicing support to our customers.
  • Serve as the direct liaison between staff and customers.
  • Deliver repair and service quotes to customers.
  • Ensure technicians have the necessary parts ordered and allocated to the correct equipment.
  • Enter work orders for internal machines and allocate parts to specific work orders.
  • Monitor and track outstanding parts orders.
  • Run daily reports to monitor business functions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate timely repairs.
  • Submit warranty claims.
  • Monitor and maintain parts inventory.
  • Oversee the repair process.
  • Invoice orders as needed.


Key Qualifications:
  • Ability to provide excellent customer relations and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in organization and process fulfillment, attention to detail, and paperwork organization.
  • Exceptional communication and people skills on both internal and external levels.
  • Previous experience working with technicians and in a similar or related parts environment.
  • Knowledge in creating parts orders and work orders, developing and receiving purchase orders, inventory management, and estimate preparation.
  • Ability to adapt to on-call work schedules.
  • Efficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Desire to work effectively within a team environment.
  • On-Call work schedules may be required.
