Parts & Service Coordination Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Parts & Service Coordinator to join our team at Location d'équipement Battlefield. As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our equipment is available and supporting customer requirements. Your excellent customer relations skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you an ideal candidate for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer relations through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Offer administrative, warranty, and invoicing support to our customers.
- Serve as the direct liaison between staff and customers.
- Deliver repair and service quotes to customers.
- Ensure technicians have the necessary parts ordered and allocated to the correct equipment.
- Enter work orders for internal machines and allocate parts to specific work orders.
- Monitor and track outstanding parts orders.
- Run daily reports to monitor business functions.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate timely repairs.
- Submit warranty claims.
- Monitor and maintain parts inventory.
- Oversee the repair process.
- Invoice orders as needed.
Key Qualifications:
- Ability to provide excellent customer relations and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in organization and process fulfillment, attention to detail, and paperwork organization.
- Exceptional communication and people skills on both internal and external levels.
- Previous experience working with technicians and in a similar or related parts environment.
- Knowledge in creating parts orders and work orders, developing and receiving purchase orders, inventory management, and estimate preparation.
- Ability to adapt to on-call work schedules.
- Efficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Desire to work effectively within a team environment.
- On-Call work schedules may be required.
