About Us: As a large scale, commercial landscape construction and maintenance company, we offer a dynamic work environment and opportunities for career growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Directly supervise and instruct foremen and crews to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are achieved.
  • Effectively manage resources including materials, inventory, equipment, labor, and training.
  • Collaborate with the estimator and management team regarding the planning and execution of construction contracts and the construction season schedule.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years commercial construction landscaping experience in a supervisory or management position.
  • Experience in the operation/installation/repair of commercial irrigation systems.
  • Extensive knowledge in reading and executing landscape architectural and civil earthworks drawings and plans.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Background in heavy equipment operation.
  • 3+ years managing commercial snow removal crews.
  • Degree/diploma/trade certificate from a college or horticulture school considered an asset.
  • Extensive background in multi-crew and multi-site management and exemplary organization skills.
