Job Title: Hairstylist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Hairstylist to join our team at Shree Brow Studio.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional hair care services to our clients, including cutting, trimming, coloring, and styling hair. They will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, as well as provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on beauty care treatments and analyze hair and scalp condition
  • Book appointments and provide custom hair and scalp treatment
  • Cut and trim hair according to client's instructions or preferences
  • Shampoo customers' hair and shave and trim beards and mustaches
  • Provide other hair treatment, such as waving, straightening and tinting and also provide scalp conditioning massages
  • Supervise other hair stylists and other staff
  • Apply bleach, tints, dyes or rinses to colour, frost or streak hair
  • Clean and style wigs and hair pieces
  • Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm and style hair
  • Suggest hair style compatible with client's physical features and preferences
  • Perform receptionist duties and maintain and order supplies
Work Environment

The Hairstylist will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to work 40 hours per week and will be expected to maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience or equivalent experience
Language

The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English.
