  • Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have enough stock to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards: Monitor and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, ensuring that customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
  • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly.
  • Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning and decision-making.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules, ensuring that staff are allocated tasks and responsibilities in a fair and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative
