We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead the global management of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the optimization, implementation, and governance of ERP solutions to support our organization's evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to drive ERP adoption and optimization across all business units and geographies.
- Partner with the executive team to ensure ERP systems support strategic decision-making and business priorities.
- Lead the global implementation, consolidation, and enhancement of ERP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Establish robust governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, system security, and regulatory compliance across all regions.
- Proactively identify risks related to ERP initiatives and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing global ERP team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Champion change management initiatives to promote adoption of new ERP processes and technologies.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic leadership, and stakeholder management skills. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in ERP management, consolidation, implementation, and optimization is required, including 7+ years in a global leadership role.
Deep expertise in Tier 1 ERP platforms such as JDE & Microsoft Dynamics is essential. Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional global teams, are also required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus, are necessary for success in this role.
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is mandatory. An MBA is highly desirable.
