Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of light duty cleaners, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that our sites and facilities meet the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
- Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties: Provide support and guidance to cleaners as needed, ensuring that they have the resources and training they need to succeed.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and manage work schedules for cleaning teams, ensuring that we are meeting our service level agreements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Will train.
- Work Setting: Cleaning service company.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, manual dexterity, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
- Language: English or French.
- Hours of Work: 30 hours per week.
