Job Title: Head Dispatcher

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Dispatcher to join our team at Daadir Transportation Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Head Dispatcher will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolving work problems. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, judgement, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and organize work to accomplish goals
  • Oversee operational logistics, including transportation and computer equipment
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, including tasks and deadlines
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Judgement and reliability
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Work Environment:

The Head Dispatcher will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent computer and technology skills, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Windows.

Language:

The language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The hours of work are 30 hours per week.
