We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Operations Officer to join our team at Aquastream Premier Swim School.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
- Coach and monitor staff to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
- Efficient interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and stakeholders.
- Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
