**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at DEOL ROAD CARRIER LTD. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of tasks, and providing guidance and support to our team members.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
* Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
* Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
* Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to team members
* Coordinate and assign work tasks, and review progress to ensure deadlines are met
* Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
* 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
