As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will work closely with various departments in data cleanup exercises, assisting with tasks related to a large internal project. Your daily tasks will have you liaising with finance, accounting, sales and customer success teams. You will thrive if you're willing to adapt to the changes and come with a positive attitude and are excited to collaborate. This position is available for the May - August term, and you will report to our Manager, Accounting.

About the Role
This hybrid role requires you to work 3 days each week - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - at the office, while the other 2 days will be working from home, remotely. You will manage ad hoc requests from finance and accounting teams as required, ensuring the accuracy of records and improving overall organization of finance documentation. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, initiative, collaboration & organization, and project & time management skills. You will also participate in community engagement activities through our Community Engagement Committee, looking for ways to give back to our local communities through time, gifts, and skills.
