Job Summary

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Holcim, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality control process of precast concrete products. This includes monitoring production, performing inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with CSA A23.4 and CPCI/PCI Standards.
  • Coordinate the duties of quality control technicians and provide training as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of production to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain records of quality control activities and results.
  • Collaborate with the QA/QC Manager to develop and improve quality procedures and systems.

Requirements:

  • Civil Engineering or Construction Technology degree preferred.
  • Excellent computer and math skills.
  • Excellent drawing and blueprint reading skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • CCIL or ACI certification preferred.
