Job SummaryWe're seeking a dynamic and results-focused Technical Architect for Modern Workplace Solutions to join our Calgary branch. As a key member of our team, you'll design, architect, and implement industry-leading Microsoft technical solutions, leveraging your strong business and technical consulting skills.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement Microsoft 365 Services, Entra ID, Windows 10/11, and Microsoft Endpoint Management solutions, understanding client requirements through your consulting skills.
- Develop a deep understanding of EUX Principles, methodologies, and industry best practices to implement EUX solutions.
- Create detailed IT and business policies, documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Work as a subject matter expert to deliver projects from initiation to successful implementation, collaborating with stakeholders.
- 10+ years' relevant EUX experience, with a technical subject matter expert in the Microsoft Modern Workplace stack.
- Strong understanding of M365 Services Design, Deployment, and Management, Windows 10/11 Deployment and Management, Intune / SCCM Design, Deployment, and Management, Entra ID design, Deployment, and Management, and Domain and tenant migrations & Consolidations.
- Experience working in a hands-on capacity with clients in the delivery of solutions.
- Broad knowledge of multiple hardware and software technologies and strong experience in working with complex solutions.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral, and various presentation formats and situations.

Expected Salary Range is $106,500 - $139,000 annually plus 15% variable incentive.
