Head Cashier

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Head Cashier to join our team at Ajooni Management Inc. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience while maintaining accurate inventory levels and supervising sales workers.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks to ensure efficient sales floor operations.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare Reports: Generate sales volume, merchandising, and personnel reports to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate stock levels and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Lead and motivate sales workers to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, reliable, and able to work in a team environment.
